On Sueb-Siri Soi 3, just beside Koh Chang restaurant.

I checked about 10 places this month because we have a new staff from abroad and we wanted her to have something nice. That is the best place I found for that kind of price.
There was a place on Sueb-Siri 31 or 29, very nice. New, big room, 3,000 baht with furniture (or 4,000) but all full.

Near Bung Ta Lua, the places are 8,000 (near Ban Tawai restaurant) or 12,000 at Kwanruen resort.

That place (living place) seems nice. Free wifi, free water. Electricity is 8 baht per unit. You pay 10,000 deposit first and the first month. They can clean your blanket for 300 and make laundry for 600 per month but you have X amount of clothes.

If you can't rent a house, I would believe the studio at 10,000 is quite nice. You are near some good restaurants, Ta wang Deang, good location too. Parking is 500 baht if you want to add it.
