A client of mine is renting a new office that he bought at Time Square. It's brand new...
I believe he wants something like 15,000 baht per month, at least 1 year contract.

It has a bathroom on first floor. Small yard behind. Two rooms + bathroom on second floor and same on third floor. Parking in front.

An English school (private will open in front but they are building for months.)
A coffee shop should also open soon, I would guess 2 or 3 weeks.
There are other places to rent.

I was told by 2 different sources there will be a night market on that street, 3 times a week, starting soon with 200 spots... but like you know, in Thailand,never sure!! The swanson will not opened. Sold to another person. But the Japanese restaurant should open.... all business are quite slow to open around us.
